I submitted my resume to them at a career fair for my college, didn't even talk to the recruiter that much. They emailed me for an interview and we scheduled. I went to their place for the interview; I'm guessing part of their software engineering team? (about 4 people?) came to tell me some background stuff and then gave me a 4 question simple cracking-the-coding interview pen and paper test. You take the test alone and afterwards, they come back and you essentially explain your answers. I think after they just asked me one behavioral question, and after they had me talk to their CFO about stuff

The interview starts with general questions: basic information, education information, availability and so on. Then, the interviewer asked about previous work experience. After that, went through the resume to explain past works and projects. Then, the interviewer told more about the hiring process, the company' culture etc.
