Upon being contacted by the Director of Recruiting (who found my resume online); I was subsequently contacted by the Reruiter Chris for the initial phone interview. He was friendly, easy to talk to and professional. After discussing our backgrounde and the job description as well as the company's expectations; he in turn scheduled me for an interview with the Sr Director of Sales who also had me sit with the assistant in the sales department for yet another interview. After the face-to-face interviews ended I met with the HR team for a "debriefing" which consisted of a recap of the job expectations, my aspirations and the potential salary range. In closing., interviewing at Centerfield was a welcomed and refreshing experience. Like a sort of day-in-the-life- of type of experience, which allowed me to clearly grasp what the company seeks!
