The last round was a round table with different people ( 3 people) including the Director of the department.

Had an interview with the person I would be working under and the person I would be replacing. Very transparent, great experience. I was able to ask the person I was replacing questions in confidence without the hiring managers participating.

Fairly straightforward as far as what was asked of me. However, I did not appreciate being asked to do a written assessment and one-way interview before even speaking with another person from CGD. About a week after submitting both, I hear back that they went forward with another candidate.
