I had 2 stages interview and after the interview with a hiring manager at Center Parcs I never heard anything back afterward. Being completely ignored and ghosted after an interview feels really disrespectful, especially when candidates put time and effort into the process. This isn’t how recruitment should be handled, and it leaves a bad impression of the company.
