The interview process was very pleasant. It took 1 month from application to offer. The timeline was as follows: 1/23/23 - I applied.
1/24/23 - The recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone screening.
2/2/23 - We had the phone screening. During this time the recruiter asked questions about my work history and salary requirements. The meeting was conducted via Zoom, but neither one of us were on camera.
2/6/23 - The recruiter reached out via email requesting my availability for an interview with the hiring manager
2/7/23 - Received confirmation that my interview with the hiring manager would be on 2/10.
2/10/23 - I interviewed with the hiring manager. It was a wonderful experience. The conversation was natural with a few interview questions sprinkled in. It was conducted via Teams w/ cameras on.
2/13/23 - The recruiter reached out via email requesting my availability for an interview with the IT manager. I received same day confirmation that my next interview would be on 2/16.
2/16/23 - I interviewed with the IT Manager. It was a very similar experience to my interview with the hiring manager. It was more of a conversation with maybe 2-3 interview style questions mixed in. The interview was conducted via zoom w/ cameras on.
2/17/23 - The hiring manager reached out via email to schedule a low pressure meeting to help me get a better sense of role.
2/21/23 - I had my final meeting with the hiring manager. He shared very high level details on some of the projects that would be assigned to the role, shared his leadership style, and provided info on team dynamics. I was able to ask the questions I needed to as well. This meeting was a breath of fresh air. It really sealed the deal for me. The meeting was conducted via Teams w/camera on.
2/22/23 - I received a call from the recruiter with an offer.
