Long Long Long. You get phone screened them come in for interview after that it's a long wait especially the back ground check. They finally made offer then after the offer training came
Training was as you go due to lack of trainers and supervisors.

Very easy, they don't ask too much. I mean I don't remember everything because this was over two years ago so yeah. Always come with examples with how you handled things at a previous job
