I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. It was informal and conversational. The interviewer provided a good overview of the role and the department as well as the company. They asked about my previous experience, why I was looking, how I found them, and what intrigued me about their job.

The process is long and multi-layered. Plan for it to take weeks to months. It will include a one on one with Talent Acquisition,then a timed, no do-over video interview that is automated and you don't know the topic beforehand. If you pass that stage, you will have multiple group interviews.

Interview process was approximately 3 months from initial call to offer. Phone interview and onsite meeting with various levels of leadership and team members. Open dialog with frank and honest discussion. Interview questions and process was organized and standardized but allowed for equal discovery and questioning. HR recruiting team served as primary contact for questions and answers were provided promptly with lots of detail.
