Interview went extremely well. Had opportunity to interview with VP, incumbent, direct reports and HR. Process as explained by HR. Final candidate selected, perform background screen and then offer is made. Centene performed a background screen and I passed. I was told the offer was next. Communication came to a halt other than a few excuses about mgmt causing delays. Three months later, I received the form email stating they had gone with another candidate. I have no idea what happened. Was a frustrating experience but I am trying to not let one bad experience cloud my opinion of the company.
