the interview was about an hour and a half , getting to know the supervisor who's team you'd be joining , a brief explanation of what is expected of the position. Many of the questions focused on getting you to talk about yourself which made for a less awkward and stressful experience. Rather than them really basing who you are from your resume

The interview was done virtually by a pharmacist supervisor. It lasted about 30 minutes. The focus was on different prior authorization process understanding. I explained my perception of a prior authorization from a retail pharmacy technician point of view.
