A screening with a HR advisor then interview with hiring manager. 5 week process to get a reject email at 3 am. I did ask for feedback . Hr advisor said she would ask the hiring manager for it regarding my interview then ghosted. The hiring manager was late to the interview. At the end of the interview I did ask the hiring manager Do you have any questions or concerns about my background that I can clarify. And he said no I answered all his questions perfectly.
