I had several phone interviews with sales managers and sales directors then the Challenge. Which was a 2 hour presentation in front of their leadership team. The interview process was a several months . There was about 2 weeks between each step.

I was initially contacted by the HR team for a first-round interview, but unfortunately, the recruiter couldn’t make it. After the missed meeting, I followed up with a polite email, and she responded with some available time slots. I quickly sent over my availability, but since then, I haven’t heard back—I’ve been left hanging.

Leck of HR. Again one of the start ups who doesn’t learn to respect their candidates. No feedback and no transparency within the process. Guys, did you ever heard about candidate experience? If you sell your solution as your company to candidates than candidate experiences and reviews should be important. Unfortunately it isn’t.
