The interview process consists of 4 interviews + 1 optional mock interview for preparation. I did not apply, I got contacted by Celonis on Linkedin. First interview was a standard 30 min interview with HR. Second 30 min interview with a manager from Value Engineering. This was more technical. Questions about the position were asked but also how I would behave in different situations. But all in all more a conversation than a test. Third interview was definitely the hardest. It consists of preparing a full pitch with building a demo in the Celonis environment. The PPT itself is very doable with the material provided by Celonis but the demo is a lot. Especially if you have not worked with Celonis before. I was lucky to have worked with Celonis before but I dont know how someone who has no experience should master this in this short amount of time. Besides the technical stuff they also assess the way this pitch is presented and how you handle objection. Last interview was a 30 min talk with an exec. Standard culture fit interview without technical questions. All in all very structured interview. I got the feeling that everyone was really interested in me. Got feedback to all interviews within a week, HR were always very helpful and friendly.

4-5 rounds. Tedious and time consuming but genuinely gets you to learn their product. But once again, super time consuming. Prep aside, the entire thing stretched for over a month
