Overall a good experience with Celonis. I had 3 interviews, 1 behavioral, 1 with the hiring manager and mostly behavioral + thought questions and data walkthrough of the platform, 1 with VSP of engineering, lots of quick questions where I had to think on my feet.

Asked me about how I would explain process mining to my grandma, where I would start in process mining for a large company to find inefficiencies etc.
4-5 rounds. Tedious and time consuming but genuinely gets you to learn their product. But once again, super time consuming. Prep aside, the entire thing stretched for over a month

Received an invitation for first round interview. Was asked basic behavioral questions (Walk me through your resume, tell me about yourself) by the HR rep and they went over the position and what it entails.

Dry run challenge - asked questions which only a person who knows software in and out can answer .
It is completely unfair to judge someone a basis of new software and expecting us to learn in 2 days
