The interview process started with a quick phone call to introduce me to the company. After I completed a few assessments. As of now I am just waiting on a video interview, and my references to complete the process.

I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.

Very long in person interview and then requires travel for training immediately after hire across the state for 7 days before even making a paycheck to finance the long distance trip
