Was invited on Friday for a one hour and a half interview that should be split in a technical one and another with HR. Interview was smooth and I discovered I have knowledge way beyond the persons who interviewed me. After two hours spent with two tech guys I discovered that there will be no HR interview because is too late. On Monday I get a message saying "Thank you for your interview but we decided to take another person for the role". So in the end I get 1) No appologies because no HR interview happen from Cegeka 2) No tech feedback for a constructive interview So my advice is AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Recruitment process is lame and unprofessional. It was a totally waste of time. What is the positive side about this is that I have the chance to tell others to avoid wasting time. There are plenty of opportunities in Iasi. Feel free to choose other offers. Good luck!
