It was an in-person interview with 2 people, one person was the marketing manager and the other person was from HR. We sat together in their boardroom and spent majority of the time going through pieces from my portfolio and discussing my experience. It was a very relaxed and conversational interview. They talked about the business, the type of person they were looking to hire, etc. Overall a good interview. One thing that was disappointing was that I was never contacted afterward, despite being told I would be contacted and sending a follow up email.
