It was a easy interview.Examining one's knowledge in the domain.there was just one hr interviewing and the whole process got over in just 10 minutes.The questions were very basic what one would expect about the job about the company

Got call for interview, first round being screen test wherein they give you two topics to speak on, second Hr round, third being techincal, fourth technical plus management! (Interview process is like they will directly send you abroad) I cleared all four rounds getting a hope coz all rounds were positive and went above an hour each.
No reply till date even after soo many follow-ups, they give unwanted reasons to avoid candidate, Hr repeatedly answer, Will provide feedback sure by next week.
It's simple if your not sure about hiring do not waste someone's time to extreme. Keep in mind you are hiring a candidate for tech support and not your companies CEO.

Took 3 week for Interview process and to get me final offer that too pretty low compare to the existing one. Gave me offer on same package saying that we are giving free food. Not good idea cex please raise pay. Ok for Freshers. Cant spend more then a year. No technology.
