I spoke with someone on the phone for the first interview, then went into the offices to be interviewed by the internal recruiter. After that I was invited to come back and spend a day in the field with a sales associate followed by another interview with a team leader.

i showed up for an interview and was brought on an all day ride along with one of the reps walking door to door and essentially worked a full day for free.

Entrevista
A repersenative called to talk about the position and some basic information and to set up an interview. Went to the interview and was asked basic questions about my resume, background, and some situation questions and how I handled them. Simple interview and was told at the end that they would call in 24 hours but never did. the job is a cold B2B sales job wanting tons of driving and cold sales to businesses.
