I applied online first and than I was called about a week later for a phone interview. The recruiter said she will get back to me to schedule an interview with the billing department manager. In a few days later she emailed me to schedule an interview. The interview in my opinion went well. Two weeks later after my interview I got an offer. The process from the beginning to the end took about a month an half.
