Phone interview first. follow by two group interviews and a 1:1 final interview. People are really nice and friendly. I feel like they want to test my english in the first phone interview. The final interview is the most difficult part. They ask some resume questions and fit questions.

2. How do you improve an unsatisfactory customer experience?
3. Describe an instance where you had to collaborate with a colleague to find a solution to a problem.
4. How do you respond to a customer's question for which you don't know the answer?
5. How do you handle a customer who complains about a known issue with a product or service?
6. Describe a mistake that you made handling a customer service issue and how you mitigated it.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth, firstly submitting required documents in the morning, then group interview conducted. If passed, wait for the panel interview. After finishing the interview, will be arranged for English test in the afternoon if needed.
