I had three separate interviews for this position. An initial screen, a formal one-on-one with the manager and a panel interview. I reached out to a former colleague who now worked there to see if he could provide me with any tips before the final panel interview and he let me know that they are very serious about using the STAR method in the interview process which was extremely helpful in my preparation.
