The interview was very structured but loose. There were three interviewers and they took turns asking questions based upon the list of competencies they provided. They expected answers to be thoughtful and using the STAR principle. They would at times as clarifying questions and allow time to gather your thoughts before responding.

For 1 hour you get asked worth less questions. I had 3 interviewers asking random question that you have think about incident that happened on job. I would say apply somewhere else as most of these people are not professional with degrees I can tell they just moved up with work experience.
