I applied online and I did a telephone interview which I passed. I was then invited to the assessment centre. I must say the workforce is not diverse. They were not even decent enough to give me feedback on my interview and did not inform me whether I made it or not. I called and emailed several times and no one responded. Its been more than a year now. I think this is very rude.
