Received a phone call to come for an interview in Morton, IL ~3 hour drive from Chicago and a highly impersonal email with the instructions and the names of three interviewers No actual sender on the e-mail so that one had a contact name. It was a friendly-enough panel interview but at least one of the interviewers was different from the original email and no one offered me a business card so I could follow up later. Very impersonal process that does not appear to value candidates.
