Initial interview was done over video chat, with typical behavioral questions as well as going over some of the work experience and achievements on my resume. Answer in STAR format. Follow-up interview was with two engineers on-campus asking similar questions but with more emphasis on the technical aspects of the experience noted on the resume, as well as more behavioral questions.
