I was contacted by someone to set up an interview on the following Thursday. When I arrived 10 minutes early for my interview, I was asked to wait and ended up walking into the actual interview 20 minutes after the scheduled time through no fault of my own. The interviewers seemed very distracted and in a rush. Overall a very unprofessional experience in my opinion.

It starts with a phone screen with a recruiter. Then you have an interview where they ask standard interview questions and then you present a sample intervention lesson in the grade and subject of your choice

The interview was Very easy, it was over the phone. They asked a Short list of questions. They require that teachers are certified. I never met the person that interviewed me. I was send an offer letter in the mail.

The interview was simple and consisted of a conversation more that questions and answers. I learned about the company and their educational approach in the classroom. It was not a difficult process and was rather informative.
