First, you have to take a test in two steps one is NCERT based and another advanced JEE based then Demo for a topic. Then you get a call based on your performance within the week though you wouldn't get a call if you don't qualify.
It consists of 3 rounds
1)written(Questions were based on only two topics)
2)demo
3)Interview
After Interview they will arrange hr interview in which negotiation is done regarding your salary and job location.
