The office is very relaxed, but the interview was extensive and included a few difficult questions. Many questions focused on weaknesses and handling situations under pressure. The interview started with a group of five people who all asked questions, then the interview went on with the President and Vice President, the whole process lasted for about an hour. The whole team is small, mostly female. After the interview, the President provided a very extensive HR packet covering everything from salary, vacation time, direct deposit, scheduling, etc.
