Describe a situation in which you had to over come an obstacle that involved a rude or angry person, how did you react and resolve the issue if so?

It was simple. Did a phone interview then a walk through with the store manager and then they gave me my schedule. Went over all the paperwork on my first day and watched videos with an easy quiz after each one.

They just asked if I had prior experience and how many years of customer service experience I had.
Sit-down, quick thirty minute interview, always looking to hire people there. Generic interview questions about character, nothing too complicated. Offered me a job immediately after the interview as well, just breathe and it will be fine.
