The application process is simple enough. Apply for a "job" on their website, and then you have to select another store to apply. It is not encouraged, it is REQUIRED, in order to submit your application. You then have 2 insufficient options to interview for the job(s)? You finally break down and select one of the sub-par interview options, neither of which allow you to speak with a human being. You complete the interview pre-recorded video option or the other A.I. option, and then you get 1) an email thanking you for the "interview" and we'll reach out later, and 2) a series of spam emails for the other interview they want you to be reminded of every day, which is the OTHER STORE THEY MADE YOU CLICK TO APPY TO!!! Then they email you a couple days later and tell you that they DON"T HAV ANY JOBSSSSS!!!!!!!! You ask them to stop spamming you interview reminders, and they say YOU APPLIED FOR MORE THAN ONE JOB!!!!!!!! THEY PROMISE TO REMOVE YOUR SECOND APPLICATION THEY MADE YOU CLICK ONNNNNNNNN!!!!

The interview process was pretty simple. First I filled out the application and as I recall, did some tests. Afterwards I was invited to a video interview. That was followed by a phone call from the Casey's recruitment team in which they informed me I had been hired at a local Casey's store. I accepted the offer but informed them I was getting ready to leave for a week-long, out-of-state camping vacation and would not be available to start working until I returned. They said they would set my start date accordingly. While away on vacation, I was notified that they wanted me to come in for the interview and store walkthrough sometime that week. Due to spotty cell phone reception in the remote area I was in, I didn't get the voicemails until several days later. I replied and informed them I was out of state and wouldn't be home for another day or two. Never heard back from anyone. Upon returning home, I discovered I had been rehired at another Casey's store in the area a day or so after that phone call and was listed as immediately available. No details on my hours and shift or even who my bosses would be. I was mystified, but accepted the offer anyway. However, they seem to have passed on me and hired someone else while I was gone. Again, no word from, well, anyone confirming that fact. Needless to say, my interview and "hiring" experience at Casey's was a negative one and a mysterious one and I am moving on to other employers....
