The recruiter seemed impatient and did not create a space for dialogue. Only a couple of unclear questions were asked, and the call ended abruptly without providing any information about the role, responsibilities, salary range, or the next steps. I understand that processes vary and everyone can have off days, but the interaction did not reflect a professional or considerate candidate experience. I hope the company reviews its interview approach to ensure more clarity, active listening, and respectful communication.
