Entrevista
Two interviews usually scheduled for separate days. I did both of mine on the same day since I drove from so far away. The first interview is between two different BCM supervisors. You are asked situational questions and about prior work history. They are looking SPECIFICALLY for positive people. If you come off as negative with your responses they will not hire you.
The second interview is between you and two program directors for the MH department. They also ask you situational questions and about past work history. Use examples. Be positive. There is also a writing sample they want you to perform to see if your hand writing is neat and legible.

Entrevista
Interview was about 1.5 hours. Interviewed with several supervisors and the director. Asked basic questions and scenarios. I would not stress the interview too much as this company is constantly hiring new employees.

Entrevista
I met with 2 supervisors for the interview. Very relaxed and easy process. Half interview was in spanish since i applied for a bilingual position. Had to get physical and drug screening completed. Need 3 clearances as well. Overall easy process. It took a few weeks for clearances to come back but was hired while waiting. Good luck for anyone applying. They are constantly hiring. Turn over is high.
