Although hiring process took 7 months ( I was applying for a position at the reopening boutique ) my experience was pleasant overall. Everyone I met or spoke on the phone with was nice and professional, good listeners. They never ask questions that put you in awkward spot, they smile back to you- interview process is not intense. Only one thing is that communication through email is poor. If you like to get an answer or an update it might be a good idea to call.

The first interview was with two store managers. They asked many questions about previous work experience, why I would want to join Cartier, and what luxury meant to me. I then had a second interview and this was following the previous in person interviewing and a phone screen.

Overall the interview was a pleasant experience. The interviewers were very willing to listen to my past working experiences and education. It was an interesting opportunity to learn more about the company values and expectations.

Contacted by HR director and have a short phone session. After that will be an interview with the boutique director and the last step is an interview, which is more a get to know you better session, with the assistants.
