Interview was in-store, about 15 minutes. Basic interview questions for part-time job, some situational, some included basic questions about yourself. Know about Carter's before the interview and make sure you have some situations to talk about.

- What would you do if there was a large amount of customers, and you were working at the cashier register? How would you handle the customers in line while also providing customer service to the customers around the store?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
