I applied online In December and got an email back from HR two weeks later requesting a phone interview. The following week I conducted my phone interview which only took about 10-15 minutes. I thought the interview went great and she gave me compliments at the end of the interview. I heard no response back from her until 4 weeks later by email saying the postilion was filled. I wasn't upset or bummed because I heard the company wasn't that great to work for.
