Got a call from the recruiter about the position to setup a phone interview with the hiring manager. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager which went pretty well. Got another call after the phone interview for an on-site that lasted a whole day. I met a few directors, HR manager, hiring manager and Lead BA's. Fast forward to one month later, still no calls/updates from anyone; i reached out but got ignored.
