There were two interviews held, the first with the assistant manager and the next with the store manager. At the end of the second interview I was offered the job on the spot. During the first interview I was asked average questions that helped my personality show to the assistant manager. The background check after the second interview took a few days to complete but the overall process of the interview was fast.
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
