So I saw that management was hiding their illegal practices. So I'm going to state what I went through I am not sure if they changed it but I'll give more in depth information here as well. The first part back in 2018 they will call you and have an over the phone interview with you. After, from my experience they will invite you into the office and give you a script to follow and have a questionnaire about availability. Keeping in mind that when I went through it they said I would only work for 1 Sunday and it will be a one time thing. I am religious and informed them that I would need Sundays off normally to attend church. They agreed. They scheduled me for Sundays from then on and informed me that I could choose to leave. Now that we got the useless questionnaire out of the way. Lets talk about the call flow once you memorize the call flow and they help guide you through with what I could barely call training that they give you. Keeping in mind I was not paid for the first day for the trial it is there way of screening candidates I saw that management tried to lie about that and say that they don't do this. They have done this and continued to do this until I left, so til they could prove that they changed their training policies I will not believe them. In 2018 you would need to take live calls and would start taking live calls very quickly starting from the first day on the trial day. Now I know they changed this part in early 2019 to have new employees shadow the other representatives.

Face to face interview, just very simple conversation, self intro and behavioral questions, short technical written test after interview providing short "lecture" to you. The test is quite standard and simple for ISP operation
