For the first round, I encountered an aptitude test that covered a range of assessments. It included 15 questions on logical reasoning, basic mathematics, and puzzle-solving to gauge my problem-solving abilities. Additionally, there were 10-12 questions related to core Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) fundamentals, which assessed my knowledge in my field. These questions were relatively straightforward and didn't consume much time. Towards the end of the test, there were five programming questions where I had to provide the correct output. All the questions were MCQs. The fourth round was the techno-managerial interview. It began with mutual introductions, allowing both the interviewer and me to understand each other's backgrounds. This round primarily revolved around an in-depth review of my resume. I discussed my internship experiences in great detail, elucidating my roles, responsibilities, and how I effectively collaborated with my team. Furthermore, It delved into my various projects and explored concepts related to Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs). Behavioral questions played a significant role in this round. I was asked about my approach to handling setbacks and my strategies for managing projects in the absence of senior guidance. Additionally, The interviewer also inquired about my three greatest strengths which make me the best fit for this role and any weaknesses I may have.
