I was first interviewed by four audit team members who seemed very unorganized. Second, I was interviewed by two higher up members of the company. The overall interview process seemed rather unstructured. As I left the interview, I was told that they would extend an offer to me in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and I followed up with an email, but I received no response. At the 3 week mark, I called one of the interviewers and left a message but received no response. I took the hint. They didn't want to hire me, but why would they lead me on and not ever follow up? Very poor communication. Wouldn't want to work for a company who can't have the decency to tell an interviewee that they aren't a fit for the position.

I had an on-campus interview with one Supervisor. In the same day, I was informed that they would like to move forward and invite me to their office for a second interview within the same week. At the office, I was interviewed with three different Audit Supervisors who were very nice and knowledgeable. They would like to know more about you and your experience to consider if you would be a good fit. One supervisor asked few technical questions which are not hard if you are an accounting student and take your education serious. All three supervisors ask about my past experience, what I did, if I am CPA eligible and what is my plan to take CPA...Need to know your resume very well. The whole process was smooth and well-organized. Everyone I met were nice and polite.
