He seemed more interested in why I had left my previous job, than my list qualifications for the position he needed. Asked about all my experience in the baking industry, what I expected to make hourly, and when I could start. Asked excessively about my degree in baking, but laughed in my face when I said $11 hour wasn't enough for the amount of experience I had and the work ethic I could bring to the job. It all seemed rushed, but at the time I really needed a full time job that was closer to home, so I ended up taking the very small offer.
