Applied online through Indeed. Was invited via email to complete online assessment. Second invite for phone interview via email. First phone interview conducted, appreciated the openness of the conversation and details of the duties and expectations. A second interview was scheduled to include local staff. Next step was to be interviewed in person by the owner. Offer was extended within a week.
