There was a basic knowledge of driving a forklift. Working in a union work environment at midnight. They will take care of trash/ broken glass/ material loading and replacing. The forklifts were 10 tons or 2 tons.

Short, friendly, asked a few questions and explained the job. As I had prior forklift experience and a decent resume, I got the feeling the interview was basically a formality.
