1) First got contacted by the HR department. Essentially a small phone interview.
2) Contacted by one of the managers in the department to set up interview appointment.
3) Panel interview. 2-3 people. One of them most likely will be the manager assistant and the others will be the actual workers from that department.
4) Last and final interview - With the manager of the department

First round was with a recruiter, asked some story based interview questions and clarified the role, hours, etc. Second round was with the hiring manager and patient care manager and was more specific questions.

The first interview was a phone interview with an HR representative. This lasted for about 30 - 40 minutes. The second interview was with a hiring leader which lasted around 30 minutes, and then there was a 3rd interview with the position leader.
