Very informal and friendly with more of an emphasis on character rather than capability. We didn't go through what I'd consider the "standard questions" you're normally given when interviewing for an Ops Manager role. We did go through my CV and management style but apart from that I was given the objectives of the company and the journey they're on and how they'd like me to fit into that which I found very engaging,
