The interview was the easiest interview I have ever had. It consisted of two individuals interviewing me. They asked real generic questions as in almost any interview. The question they put the most emphasis on was when they asked to describe what you think is important in a leader. Only one interview was needed to receive the offer.
Phone interview. Then zoom interview. Then in person interview, if needed. It depends on the group. Very specific career questions. Review company mission, vision, and values prior to interview. Have questions prepared. Research individual before call.
It was an easy process, I applied online and interviewed online. Questions about my background, why I want to join, some behavioral and situational questions. The process was timely and smooth but I had other offers and declined
