The process was very quick. It went from online assessment, video interview (one-way), and final assessment day which includes case study that you prepared and panel interview.
Case study presentation and panel debate on one day - assessment day.
Online application, online recorded video interview, prework (small project on data manipulation), assessment centre.
Got rejected at prework stage and was not given any feedback. Prework is a prerequisite for assement centre, but is also a stage where they can kick a candidate out of consideration. Online recorded interview had no time limit per question, and there were around 8 questions in total. These questions mainly revolve around your working habits and past experiences.
