1. Online Video Interview (about 5 questions, given sometime to prepare for each question and 1+min to respond and then submitted)
2. Choose 1 out of 3 case studies (analytics related) to submit for subsequent Superday presentation
3. Superday (Group interview/debate, individual case study presentation, chit chat with employees)
El proceso fue un concurso por lo que se realizaron diferentes etapas. Primero fueron cuestionarios en línea. Luego una entrevista con una reclutadora. Posteriormente, nos pidieron realizar un vídeo en inglés. La siguiente etapa fue una entrevista grupal en un grupo de 7 personas. Y finalmente fueron 2 entrevistas con directivos.
