Process changed throughout the process without explanation. Recruiter seemed engaged and was nice others were nice also. Original process was described as pretty standard interview process. Then turned into interviewing with 9 separate people and at the last minute assessments that even the recruiter seemed annoyed by. I would assume for Cargill to spend over 8 hours interviewing me over 6 weeks and paying for assessments I was under serious consideration. Then received absolutely no feedback.
