On site campus interview, followed by (3) in person interviews at HQ. They flew me out and paid for my room and board. Overall very professional experience and treated me wonderfully.

Tell me a time that you faced a challenge and how did you overcome it?
Formal, professional, succinct. They were interested in how you were as a person. They were very knowlegable about their company. Very honest about company and expectations. Interviewer could not speak high enough about the company, and for good reason.
